if she was 16 then she probably had her own car...a girlfriend might have driven that...
they apparently went to parties often so what was the usual way to get home from an event where one drank booze until one passed out and had sex with one or more guys known and unknown and then went home jubilant and proud of ones slutty self ???
I would vote that she likely walked back to the Country Club where there was already a pre-arranged ride home or a taxi. The “party” was likely a spur of the moment thing because someone’s vacant parentless house was available complete with a liquor cabinet. You know the drill drink Dad’s booze and fill the bottle back up with water. He only drinks it mixed anyway. Having raised a kid in Montgomery Co I have some idea what the little pukes do :-)
