My son, a retired Navy Captain was stationed in Germany, serving his Country, when my grandson was born {his mother is/was an American born citizen}.

Do you mean to say that my grandson, the son of a career Naval Officer, and American mother is not eligible to become the President of the USA?

"Not being born on American soil is ipso facto not being natural born in the USA."

While that much or little may be true, it's not equivalent to the Constitutional requirement, which is the context of what Carl and Mikey said.

Actually we are a blood country. An intentional break with England as a sovereign territory country. It has been confused over the years and especially since 2008.

Why? Based on what logic or sources?
