Do you mean to say that my grandson, the son of a career Naval Officer, and American mother is not eligible to become the President of the USA?
Obama was not eligible on several terms. He was probably foreign born while his mother was not old enough to confer automatic citizenship upon him so he was likely not even a citizen. As a noncitizen he did not have a passport and was never naturalized nor did he go through Immigration so he would be an illegal. He IS a citizen of the British Empire.
In the future when Hussein's lack of citizenship etc is part of history it will be the rationale for allowing anyone on earth who has attained the age of 35 to be elected President of the United States. The thing was done and accepted.
