Rubio is actually the GOP version of Obama. Neither parent able to transfer natural born status because they’re aliens. Cruz’s mother was old enough and an American. See the difference?
Rubio isn’t eligible either but Rubio was not a foreign citizen for over 4 decades as Cruz was and Obama likely still is. Rubio didn’t go to Harvard Law like Obama and Cruz did. Cruz and Obama were both editors of the Harvard Law Review. Cruz and Obama both started running for President within two years of being elected to the Senate. The wives of both Cruz and Obama got yuuuge promotions and raises when their husbands we elected to the Senate. I can see similarities between Obama and Cruz although Obama’s dad probably didn’t hang out with Lee Harvey Oswald like Cruz’s dad did.
Pretty sure BOTh parents have to be American citizens at time of birth.
Kamala Harris has the problem looming. Both of her parents were in the USA as students. She was born here- so she is an ‘anchor baby’—which I don’t agree with-—.
But both her parents DID NOT get their American citizenship until she was 5-6 years old. She cannot turn back the clock.
Obama got away with it. We have to be much more vigilant in the future.
