Rubio isn’t eligible either but Rubio was not a foreign citizen for over 4 decades as Cruz was and Obama likely still is. Rubio didn’t go to Harvard Law like Obama and Cruz did. Cruz and Obama were both editors of the Harvard Law Review. Cruz and Obama both started running for President within two years of being elected to the Senate. The wives of both Cruz and Obama got yuuuge promotions and raises when their husbands we elected to the Senate. I can see similarities between Obama and Cruz although Obama’s dad probably didn’t hang out with Lee Harvey Oswald like Cruz’s dad did.

Mother either rescinded American status or at the very least became a dual citizen of both countries since she could vote in Canada.
The similarities between their lives is uncanny - both with bigamist fathers and multiple 1/2 siblings. Their placement in the Ivies is the big step up. However, Ted actually IS very academic smart and earned his own grades
Make no doubt about it, handlers have been pulling the strings for both men beginning in high school. Rest assured, there are many future politicians being groomed in that same queue.
