People do not retain security clearances after they leave the job, even if they are not fired. They no longer need to know. It has always been this way.
So the question is: is the author of this tripe truly stupid, or is he a new world order toady attempting to promote the notion that clearance revocation requires some sort of justification?

Of course, this is bull-pucky. There they both are complaining about their free speech rights being restricted, whilst at the same time they are exercising their free speech rights. Do they think Americans are dumb and don't see that?
Besides, Brennen and Clapper, have jobs as talking heads for CNN, the leader in anti-Trump, fake news on cable TV. Their freedom of speech will be just fine.
And notice that there is no mention that none of these people, including Brennan, have jobs with the federal government anymore. They shouldn't continue to have clearances if they are no longer working in government positions that require it.
It should be standard procedure to revoke these security clearances and not have to defend pulling them to the media.
