The Media just can’t stand the good news on the U.S. Economy. The AP’s Jonathan Lemire reacted to the 4.1% GDP Growth Rate this morning on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” by saying it will have a huge impact on Trump’s Re-election chances, but chimed in – “We certainly have plenty of time for it to slow down.”
In fairness, he didn’t say he wants it to slow down, but the Left is pretty much left in that position in order to defeat President Trump in 2018 and 2020 – hoping for bad news on the Economy. . . .

Time for some reeducation for this reporter. The phrasing is "We have plenty of time to slow it down". The first is passive as if the reporter is still a passive observer. The second is active and shows a "can do" attitude for killing the Trump Boom.< /I wish it was sarcasm>

Democrats could easily talk down the good economy.
By, saying things such as, “if not for the tax cuts”, the economy would not be doing so hot”. Or, “if not for the massive number of regulations, the economy would be doing as poorly as Venezuela’s”. Or, “if not for the poor performance by Hillary in the election, Trump would not have had a chance to have that good economy, so Trump owes a debt of gratitude to Hillary for the good economy”.
