Vigo County, IN - Across Vigo County old industrial buildings sit empty.
Wednesday evening the Vigo County Council hoped to fill one of those buildings and help another manufacturing plant expand.

The abatements will give both companies real and personal property abatements over the next 10 years, gradually allowing them to ease into paying taxes.
The potential benefit for the community is significant.
"It's a new company into our community, it's a company from a different country and I'm excited about the jobs that it's going to bring here for one," Aaron Loudermilk said. "I'm also excited about the opportunity for potential companies from their country to maybe look at our area as well."
Saturn Petcare plans to hire 200 employees, at an average hourly wage of $18.60, with a payroll nearing $8 million a year.
The company also plans to invest more than $13 million into the former Pfizer Facility and adding $25 million in new equipment.
Earlier this year Saturn was interested in moving into the old Kellogg Plant in Seelyville.
