It's not just California. Any State with a large number of Illegal Aliens is getting extra seats in the House and extra electoral votes, which ARE taken away from other States.
This is the one and only true reason the Left wants to give Illegals everything under the sun... VOTES!

More than 50% of current Republicans will not vote for that because they are Bush League Republicans hell bent on turning the USA into North Mexico.
We need the wall and the military on the border so that no one comes across. We also need ICE to get off their backsides and do their jobs.

According to the Constitution, everyone (except non-taxed Indians) gets counted. Has nothing to do with whether they vote or not. Short of amending the Constitution states with large numbers of illegals are going to extra Representatives and thus extra electoral college votes.
No reason California shouldn’t be bared form national elections.

I don’t care what the state, illegals should not be counted as population that determines electoral votes. By the way, how many extra electoral votes does Texas have because of illegals?
