Stefan Halper is officially missing. And he has been for a long time.
The shocking revelation adds more intrigue to an already mysterious and illicit story unfolding inside the FBI.

It would appear someone with top access in the FBI likely tipped Halper off in the fall of 2017 to go underground, or perhaps something worse is at play.
“He went underground,” one federal law enforcement source said. “We don’t think he is dead but he might be playing dead.”

The professor who allegedly set up Papadopoulos, an adviser for Donald Trump's presidential campaign, by telling him that Russia had compromising information on Hillary Clinton has gone off the grid. Even Mifsud's Ukrainian fiancé hasn't been able to reach him. [Stefan Halper was also allegedly part of this plot]
His bio was removed from a university in Scotland and another institution in Italy where he previously taught.
"Someone from London [sic] journalist asks about you," Anna messaged Mifsud last October 31. "Do not reply please," Mifsud messaged back. That was the last time the two have been in touch. Anna has since given birth to a baby girl. She says Mifsud is the father.

If Halper has gone underground as it were, He’s probably in Dubai, or Bahrain. Someplace tropical without extradition.
