I know a "world famous" botanist who says that people who eat beef are causing global warming. Now we are back to the STUPID, STUPID government "pyramid" that fattened us up for slaughter like beef by making carbs the heaviest part of a diet for modern people who have no daily physical requirement for heavy caloric diets.
These people are absolutely brilliant--always doing something "smarter" than the Average Joe. Let THEM eat the carbs!
