Though technically still alive, Woodrow Wilson's wife is strongly suspected of running the last years of his presidency.

Last I recall seeing him was when Meghan grabbed the first guy who said yes to a rushed wedding. That was about the time he was confused which foot to put the boot on. He showed up for the camera a couple times after that in DC but that’s it.

I was In Washington last month and went to his office to see my friend, who is one of McCain’s top aides. He said the Boss was calling in every day. He would have no reason to lie time. FWIW.

This would not be the 1st time a politician wife ( FDR ) has run things. Their was a congressman who got ill before he retired and rumors were the staff and maybe his wife was running the show, but we will let that one go. It would not surprise me if his health is to the point he can't function in his elected capacity and frankly yes, constitutionally we need to be made aware of it and proceed with the proper protocol if so....

The sad part is for many of the establishment this is all there is. Remember Kennedy stayed until room temperature. Both Ginsberg and Kennedy should have resigned long before now. It seems like they either stay until the end (Pelosi?) or leave early enough so they can make some big bucks from their sponsors(Ryan?).
