Maybe Gen. Flynn can recommend a broker to Andy. It’s a seller’s market McCabe! You might be able to pay off at least 10% of your coming legal bills.
Flynn needs to be made whole asap, and then provided a comfortable retirement care of Comey and McCabe.
I would argue that it would be perfectly legal for either of them to determine that some piece of information is not classified, and then release it to the public. It would then be made available to any, and all, interested parties. However, it would NOT be legal for them to release (leak) classified information to an individual reporter with the stipulation that their own name (as the leaker), not be published with the story. There's a huge difference there, and that difference makes both of them liars.
Both could be lying. Both can’t be telling the truth.

Unfortunately you are probably right. No bureaucrat wants to set the precedent of criminally prosecuting a bureaucrat who corrupts his office. Who knows who would be next.
No the usual excuse would be used that prosecuting high level bureaucrats would destroy public confidence. Never mind that the public has none. Ive seen that excuse used at all levels of govt.
