Special Counsel Robert Mueller laid out the law clearly in his indictment of numerous Russian nationals and groups for their attempts to interfere in the 2016 election.
As the indictment notes, the U.S. Department of Justice administers the Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA). FARA establishes a reporting protocol for foreign nationals, including non-government individuals "attempting to influence U.S. public opinion, policy, and law." To its credit, the FBI seems to have done a good job tracking Russian individuals and entities that violated FARA even if there was no evidence of collusion with the Trump campaign or Russian hacking of the Democratic National Committee emails. If there was a link between any of these groups and the Kremlin, the indictment made no note of it.
Most importantly, perhaps, the Mueller investigation has established that meddling by foreign nationals in a U.S. election is real and problematic. This being so, the DOJ and FBI might want to turn their attention to the role Mexican nationals played in the 2016 election. They will not have to dig deep to find evidence.

However, I'm not convinced that Mexico's influence is the main reason why most of our politicians are immigration liberals. Some of them may be influenced by Mexico's lobbyists, but most GOP establishmentarians just want the cheap labo while Democrats want new voters and multiculturalism.
Build the WALL! Deport illegal aliens!
This has really turned into a complete joke. Where is Jeff Sessions? Why hasnt Hillary been arrested?
Why doesn’t Trump appoint another special prosecutor to investigate Hillary and Obama?
This is something that requires as much exposure as it can possibly get, Sir. Gladly standing with you in this fight! RAH!
Mexico does it out of love.
Yeah. That’s what Yeb! was flapping his gums about. Bless his heart.
Schmidt addresses how Google will filter "fake news"...discusses demographics and manipulation of the target demographics and elections. For instance:
@ 27:07
"....indeed the German government has criminalized the transfer that the transference of fake news and you have to actually remove it when you encounter it which we're indeed doing"
&@ 29:30
"we're also worried about some of the things that we've seen in misinformation a typical example you've had a little bit of this in Germany and in Europe although not as bad as the United States government's interfering in elections by manipulating the news manipulating source so it's a lot much longer conversation but we built tools which will allow you to look at conversations online and decide how much hate you want to have in your conversation oh I like lots of hate I hate hate I don't want anything I want it to be inflammatory I want it to be calm right so we're giving you the control right of how you want to have this expression be there we're not trying to censor it in any way but we want you to be able to prioritize it in whatever thing you care about this has resulted in a product which we call 'protect your election' which indeed has been used here in Germany and France and Netherlands and check in Korea and you can betcha it's gonna be used in our 2018 elections in America as well as elsewhere as it becomes more successful because we're committed to these kinds of issues "
To pursue this agenda, everyone must understand that it is legal for non-citizens to exercise their free speech as long as they are not paid. Non-citizen Christopher Steele was paid. That made both him, and those who hired and/or paid him violating the law.
Some non-citizens who are Mexican, Canadian, Brit, Korean, etc were not paid and expressed their freedom of speech. Some were paid.
When President Fox spoke to the California legislature, was he paid to speak? Or was he unpaid and financed his trip there out of his own pocket?
Within La Raza, some are paid. Some are volunteers. Some of each are US Citizens. Some are not. It is necesary to make the proper distinctions to be taken seriously.
If you cross the line of credibility on one point, you will lose the argument, even is other points are valid.
There is a double standard. Life is not fair.
What about Obama’s Black Panther buddies who brandished clubs outside of voting booths?
I believe Christopher Steele should be considered a foreign national trying to influence our election. He pushed is story to the media and made it clear he was trying to defeat Trump at all cost.
He cant but he could tell Sessions to. Or he could ask for Sessions resignation or fire him and appoint an interim AG who might actually do the job of being in charge of the justice dept.
My opinion is that an investigation(?) that keeps coming up empty should not be paid to Mueller or billed to the taxpayers. What if the whole thing turns out to be just a fundraiser?
That’s what it appears to be. Mueller and his mob bilking the Taxpayers for all they can get.
