I don’t believe they are both Chelsea. It is possible I am wrong.
As for this being Webb’s daughter, I’m not any more conclusive there.
I originally popped into the thread and accepted the premise. That may have been a mistake.
This may be exactly what it is represented to be.
I would urge folks to go slow, but not rule it out either.

Of course that’s providing this is Webb’s daughter.
Chelsea has grown up in her mother and father’s footsteps.
She could easily get a prison sentence out of it as some point.

They do look a lot alike. I’m still not sure these people are who they are being claimed to be.
Of course Chelsea is there, but the other person is someone I can’t verify.
It is interesting how siblings do, and then don’t look alike in some families.
I know a person who was lived their whole life wondering why their father treated them differently than the other kids in the family.
They lived and died never knowing that the man they thought was their father, wasn’t. The mother was pregnant when she got married to this person’s father. The other kids who followed were ‘their’ children, and so the father resented the one child.
Sad, but true.
This fact became known to the broader family by accident. One of a very few who knew, spilled the beans by accident. By the time this person could have been told, they were old and having health issues. It was deemed best not to hurt them by telling them so late in life.
They didn’t look like their siblings, but as you say those things do happen naturally even within tight families.

What a sad story.
Most adoptive parents love their children as much as most natural parents do. It’s sad that this father could never do that.
They were smart not to tell the guy when he was ill,what on earth good would it have done? None.

I agree. I knew about it for about five years myself. I would never have revealed it.
Children are so easy to love. All the kid needed was a friend. The father really blew it. It’s an opportunity to feel better about yourself, showing love to some other man’s kid. It’s not the kid’s fault.
As for adoptive parents, it’s amazing how fast they become fierce protectors of their adopted child.
My heart really goes out to some of the folks who serve in the Foster Parent program. They get attached. They see situations they can’t help. I’m sure it rips their guts out at times.
As is human nature, there are bad people in all walks of life, so I know there are horror stories too.
