In another day Bradley (Chelsea) Manning could never have gotten a security clearance. Since he did and then betrayed his oath and his country - in another day - he would have been tried for treason and . . .

Today we have legalized recruiting countless more Bradley Mannings. What will be the outcome of this? We need to re-establish our footing.
