Be careful what you wish for. About 25 years ago, I yelled at some 10 year old kid for pelting my house and windows with rocks and causing one window to break. A few minutes later he was back with his mother who unleashed a tirade of expletives at me for threatening to call the cops on her kid. I yelled back at the mother that she should leave before I called the cops on her. This made her even madder, to which I yelled back that she should just go home get brain cancer and die. Three weeks later she was diagnosed with brain cancer and 6 weeks after that she died.
I sure didn’t see that one coming.
