5. Who investigates classified material breaches? The FBI. Let's take a close look at the FBI. We know at the time James Comey was head of the FBI. James Comey lied to congress, forged documents, and cleared HRC before she was interviewed.

6. Comey, obama and lynch corrupted the entire FBI leadership w HRC protectors. His deputy, McCabe is under investigation right with him. I'm talking criminal charges.

7. McCabe has serious issues. We know he failed to recuse from the HRC email case he had an oversight role in. This was at a time he had taken a huge sum of money from HRC & her insider Terry McCauliffe.

I puzzled over that one as well. 2 points: 1st, It said he's free to talk in court. He may be implying the doj got him released from all or parts of nda's so he could talk. If so, he could talk about more than just what the prosecutors only wanted. He could spill some beans in defense of himself. All conjecture on my part. We don't know exactly what it means. That includes you. And I've signed dozens of nda's, in and out of military. They are definitely NOT all the same.

I signed up for gab and voat awhile ago, when it looked like the big social media goons might actually ban Trump supporters from forming up support areas. Haven’t been there much since.

Exactly. Their uniqueness is perfect proof they don't just all fly out the window when you're charged with a crime. And this clown isn't the only imbecile on Twitter selling this exact lie. At the time I read that Rosenstein was Sessions’ pick. Jeff told Trump he needed the deputy of his choice, the person he felt most comfortable with. Trump assented to the request. That’s the way the appointment was described at the time, but I have no link. Take it fwiw.

IIRC, NYPD took the laptop originally. FBI took it from them. I expect NYPD made one or two duplicates of the hard drive before the FBI stepped in. I think that when police are doing forensic investigations on computers they don’t mess with the original.

The DOJ team was a who’s-who of bigshot lawyers from The Swamp. Chris Christie had a lot of influence.
