I wonder what are the declassified documents that show “the clown” doing experiments on the human mind. I would be very interested to know about that. Does anybody here have information about that?

They might be referring to the experiments allegedly done on molestation victims in the larger pedophile rings. Mind control stuff. Some of the victims have spoken up about it. It’s hard to believe but as we know, that doesn’t mean it didn’t happen.
