Akerman is a man operating with an incredibly biased ideological and prejudiced world view, who defended John Sampson (D-NY who was expelled from the Senate for committing felonies and is now serving a prison sentence). He's anti-Republican, and vehemently anti-Trump, and from what I can see from his public rants he would have no problem ignoring the Constitution in order to force his world view and agenda on others.
