Some truths here: Mueller already knew the FBI’s Peter Strzok didn’t like President Donald Trump yet still hired him, according to FBI and DOJ sources.
But that has little to do with why Strzok was expelled from the Special Counsel’s team.
Embattled FBI Section Chief Strzok has been labeled in recent days as Trump-hating gigolo who had a salacious sexual affair with a married FBI lawyer and for those reasons he could no longer serve on the investigative team of U.S. Special Counsel Robert Mueller.
Yet that, again, has little to do with the real reasons Mueller sacked FBI’s Strzok, a high ranking section chief, sources in the FBI and DOJ said.

Mueller may have examined telecommunications of team members, sources said, which would reveal such things as anti-Trump texts and communications with members of the media, including the Washington Post.
Sources confirm Strzok’s removal from the team had very little to do with his anti-Trump texts or his sexual romp with FBI lawyer Lisa Page, who works for FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.

Note: Strzok was NOT fired. Just reassigned to HR (personnel).
If Strzok did leak it’s a federal offense. And yet he was only demoted and sits in the HR department of the FBI.
I agree he must go. I would be good with the FBI going away too.

Mueller wants an uncontrolled, open-ended, random investigation, give him one.
Absolutely. His nonsense needs to come to a screaming halt. After he is fired, he needs to be fully investigated, himself.
An FBI agent was transferred in July. No reason was given for the transfer.
Mueller did not fire anyone.
Everything else is just repeating speculation from anonymous sources.
He'll fit right in and surely won't abuse his power.

I don’t know why publications continue to say “fired.” Or “sacked.” Or “removed.” He is in HR at FBI HQ!!!! He will have access to Agents personnel files. Sure that is meant as an act of coercion.
This scum bag should be breaking rocks at Leavenworth for the next 40 years.
This is not blockbuster news. Mueller also hired Preet Bharara as a prosecutor and he is also an avowed Trump hater with a special level of venom, having been fired when he thought he was in line for a promotion. It seems a prerequisite for Mueller staffing was a special affection for things clintonian or a hatred for Trump. Hardly an unbiased investigation.
That’s not the guy they showed in the news yesterday????
