Interesting...I just thought it was the illegal pot farmers working for the cartels that were causing problems...I have heard they are ruining many areas in the forests and parks in NorCal.
Growers evading the excessive state tax will be subject to the same unconstitutional actions as before, but now from the states protecting their turf.
The really serious crime is coming from cartel people with farms and distribution in the area but it seems like aerial surveillance is taking them out of park and open space areas. Free markets can really disrupt things.
