You’re right. It’s MARK ELIAS that the Menendez judge denied giving testimony for the defense side. It was reported on TV yesterday, and it was for a rather innocuous reason, but still, I read between the lines.
This law firm seemed to be in relational cahoots with FUSION, on its face. Elias is the PODESTA-REID lawyer, and Elias purloined Christopher Steele into the dossier construction, and sat with Podesta in that closed door Congressional inquisition and let Podesta deny knowledge of paying for the dossier.
Another victim of FUSION smear jobs unloaded on them and said you can look at the FUSION “clients” and see that they are mostly “criminal enterprises”! I expect the same might be said of this damn law firm, Perkins Coie clients full of the politically crooked LEFTISTS. Clinton. Reid. Podesta. Wasserman Schultz (Aman Brothers, perhaps).

Thanks for that. I did say later that the judge denied Elias’ appearing for the defense for a rather innocuous reason. At the moment I couldn’t recall what it was.
But, I did read between the lines. The judge really didn’t want near Elias, in my opinion.
That innocuous sounding opinion of the judge to deny Elias testimony caused the Defense to ask for a mis-trial.
The judge responded by offering the Defense to file a brief or something, which meant a formal request for a mistrial.
