i read somewhere that the claim was he called Pres. Trump a "f'n moron". Nobody is asking that specific question of the SOS.

Just Friday or yesterday Gen. Mattis clearly stated that he was present during that incident when the Fake News came out, and Rex Tillerson did not call the President a moron or by any other epithet.
