FWIW, almost any IEEE 802.11 compliant device is easily implemented with an onboard camera or remotely attached IED.
IMHO, it would cost more to insure they DON’T have camera monitoring in the halls than to allow it to happen.

I am not a big fan of the FBI, but I have not seen *any* credible evidence that they are erasing cell phone recordings.
I have read Internet postings of reports of people telling other people that cell phones were erased.
Lets see one real person, with a name, file suit against the FBI for doing this illegal action.

around 1:31 she pops into view over the shoulder of rasta man, and about 1:45 she says ‘you could literally see glass falling” and the man with the grey beard says, yeah. I’m not sure if that, yeah, was just a conversational ok, or an agreement with her? More surreal is the bus came and picked them up!

The time in flight on the *recording* is still the same.
Shooter1=0.559s, Shooter2=0.374s (time from impact to report)
Different rounds *would* make a difference in the distance they are away from the *source of the recording* - but not that much.

And it is my understanding that the samples were taken from the same video within seconds of each other. Which means very little time for a single shooter to either switch rooms, switch rifles, or reload.
And the approximate location of the recording device can be estimated using google maps.
