Sure it is but only for those that can afford it. It also skirts and avoids the issue of what is taking place in your tax funded schools which allows these nut jobs to run rampant with their sick ideology.
If enough parents pulled their kids out of the government schools, they would be forced to change. Parents would sacrifice anything to save their child’s life. What will they do to protect them from corruption and emotional abuse? Until parents take a stand, nothing will change. Apparently most teachers don’t care.
But taxpayer funding makes it affordable to more people.
