Alpha Jalloh is apparently the name of the hitman that killed Seth Rich. Or at least there is a conspiracy theory.
Alpha Jollah arested in 2015 for stealing several cars, gets out of jail with no mug shot. Then gets arrested in Kansas Feb 2016 and in NJ in 2016, both for auto theft.
Each time he gets out with no mug shots. Then months later the file is amended with mug shot added of different poeple
George Webb thinks he’s working for the government.

This Alpha Jalloh keeps getting out of jail for felonies that ought to have him put away for a long time.
Then, he shows up way too close to the Seth Rich murder.
As far as I know NY State doesn’t give public access to mugshots.
If he's working for the government then why is he stealing cars. Why doesn't he steal the legitimate way that the rest of the government does?
