“He is connected to these guys too.”
***************************
In what ways is Wray “connected” to them?
What she should have gotten was a cavity search instead of a send off.
“The other one was the wife of the nightclub shooter, Mateen.”
She didn’t flee nor hide. She flew to the SF Bay Area and lived with relatives for awhile.
Comey probably paid for her air fare and told his worthless goons to monitor her.
Wray opposed warrantless wiretapping.
So?
***
That’s not the way I heard it/ read it.
Wray was aligning himself with Comey and Mueller to get the surveillance program entrenched.
I missed that tidbit.
You will have to use a search engine. Or you can read several of my posts on this thread for examples
IIRC..wray was at the hospital during the showdown ready to resign with comey. It was quite an orchestrated event while ashcroft was still on drugs after surgery
Respectfully, Wray 100% opposed warrantless wiretapping. At the time, so did Mueller and Comey. The Trump-haters construe this as Wray being “connected,” to Mueller and Comey. The only way for Wray to have avoided this “connection,” would have been for him to support warrantless wiretapping.
Iow, the Trump-haters are not being rational. What’s new.
‘[Wray] also played a part in a piece of Washington lore, siding with then-Attorney General John Ashcroft, then-FBI Director Robert Mueller and then-Deputy Attorney General James Comey in opposing the use of warrantless wiretapping a dispute that famously culminated in a 2004 bedside standoff involving a hospital-bound Ashcroft.’
Just looked . Saw different accounts of where wray was when he offered to resign. Some say hospital. .others say at DOJ.
And then there was Enron....
I read the link.
Then you read that Sessions departed from his planned remarks to gush over Rosenstein.
And don't they REALIZE that is what he is doing? Are they NOT preparing for this? And in the meantime, they are entrenched in his administration.
Losing a lot of support in Congress. Ryan is just itching to allow an impeachment committee, even while pretending to be neutral about it. The committee would just continue Mueller's work, maybe even have him give what he's got to date, which is probably only stuff he got about Trump's businesses.
His legislative agenda would pay a big price. The media would not stop talking about it for months.
I think if he laid the groundwork for it, had a bunch of rallies to talk about Mueller and what he is doing and maybe a few oval office addresses, he might be able to keep it from being so bad. The best thing he could do is get the prosecutions of Hillary, Comey, DWS, going for real. That would keep the opposition off balance.
In my opinion you’re reading too much into it.
Breitbart claims “Sessions was reported to have played a significant role in the selection of Rosenstein”. This needs to be substantiated.
I would be more inclined to doubt Breitbart if Sessions weren’t so effusive about Rosenstein. The link I posted isn’t the only time Sessions got carried away praising his Deputy.
I thought Christopher Wray got approved by the Senate for the FBI. Why is McCabe still in there?
How do you know this?
Why do you think Trump would pick scum?
I agree with your post entirely.
But why do Islamic women, when in a western country, still support Islam?

Drudge is silent on this story and the Seymour Hirsch story. Something is up...
