Most here don’t pay enough attention to realize that.
Which is why, sadly, you cannot rely on FR to disseminate important information should the situation arise (like Kim actually landing a bomb on US soil).

Partial page loads, “Nginx” (web server OS) errors, “ping” times and better performance during “off” hours do not indicate a current DDos/Dos attack. More likely server/database issues. (YMMV - I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express awhile back).

A DOS seems obvious. Yesterday when I logged in, the page that came up shouted, “You are FORBIDDEN”! Later on, all was fine.
