This is a Greek isle where guys go and consume a lot of booze....maybe some drugs....and they do stupid stuff.
There are some Greek islands where you can go and take your family and be 100-percent safe. There are Greek islands where only singles go, and the safe factor goes down a notch. Then you got a couple of islands where just about anything can occur.
I feel sorry for this kid because he didn’t deserve this...but he kinda wandered into a bar with some rough characters.
Kind of like wandering unknowingly into a homosexual bar...you'll likely get your crotch groped. But you don't usually get killed.

The folks trying to make this into a racial issue don’t understand. Fact is they probably saw him as a disrespectful spoiled American snob than a “Black”.
I’ve been to Europe many times, and there are some shady & downright evil places not even I would venture in or near.
