I say anyone willing to get on their knees and beg for a permit to exercise a Constitutional right (understanding there are some states where no permit is required) should just hand their gun over and accept their chains of slavery. Just one reason why I open carry.
Ditto. I might make concessions on what I carry and how I carry it for business and social reasons but never because “it’s the law.”
LOL.
I believe that is a pretty ignorant statement. I have a permit because I like to travel. It is good in 38 states. I avoid the other 12. You are more likely than me to wind up in chains if you visit a state that requires a permit and you actually have to use your weapon to defend yourself than somebody that has a permit valid in that state. Good luck in court with that 2nd amendment is my permit argument. I am sure that is a novel argument to most judges and works out well every time for everybody that tries it.
