Melania Trump gave her first interview since her husband took office, appearing on 'Fox & Friends' Friday morning in a segment that was filmed on Thursday
The First Lady spoke about life at the White House two weeks after making 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue her official residence
'We are enjoying it very much,' said Melania, who added that her 11-year-old son Barron 'loves it' in the nation's capital
The 47-year-old also said that she does not miss New York because she is 'so busy' and 'doing so many great stuff'
The First Lady was asked just four questions during the 20-minute interview and spent the rest of the time dutifully nodding as President Trump spoke
Ainsley Earhardt conducted the interview, which took place during the annual Congressional picnic at the White House
A poised and polished Melania Trump shared just how much she is loving her new life in the nation's capital in her first major interview since her husband was sworn into office back in January.
The First Lady spoke with 'Fox & Friends' host Ainsley Earhardt in a segment that was filmed on Thursday during the annual Congressional picnic, and revealed that she could not be happier just two weeks after moving into the White House with son Barron.
'We are enjoying it very much,' Melania said of her time thus far at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
When asked how her 11-year-old son was handling the move, Melania said: 'He loves it, yes all settled. He loves it here.'(continued)

She looks frightened when I see her. Wonder if she’s uncomfortable in settings like this. She stands stiff and still like a soldier. Maybe time will make her more at ease. Sure am proud of her though!
You’re right. Nancy Reagan raised the money for her china from the private sector... at least that’s how I remember it.
“Hitlery probably asked for $500,000.00 in donations, paid $10,000.00 for the china and pocketed $490,000.00.”
And then took all the china with her when she and Bubba moved out of the White House. “Oh, we thought that was a personal gift.”
I doubt a former model is uncomfortable in front of a camera...She, through her husband’s business travels and interests, has been in similar places...It’s probably just the way she is...Straight, tall, proud, beautiful...
;)
Oh, we thought that was a personal gift.
That’s right. What a vile witch she is.
The Obama’s probably have some kind of pottery from Kenya in their new place.

Melania probably has a million dollar set of China in a closet somewhere. She’ll dust it off and say, “maybe I’ll donate this old stuff”. Hahaha
I thought the NY Times said she was miserable.....
Hillary re-stocked all the embassies with high end crystal ware. Of course the company that did it was a friend of hers.

She has this beauty combined with a seriousness that reminds me of the great Sophia Loren. She reminds me a lot of that great lady.
The stinking Obungholes hated the White Hut. They did not appreciate it in the least. They were pure ghetto trash.
Hahaha. The moocher should be in prison for her many crimes.

I see poise, the training of a top model in good posture and bearing, and someone completely at ease in her new role.
I can’t get over her wardrobe....there has never been an occupant of the WH, male or female, that is more stunningly attired.
When I feed the animals, I can go about it pretty quietly and confidently and everyone knows the routine and the menu. If a stranger were to walk up and ask me what I feed the animals and why, I wouldn’t be so confident, because instead of just doing, I now have to verbalize, including carefully choosing words. Public speaking is a learned skill.
Of course, she was a model, so you'd expect she'd photograph well, but her clothes seem to be the absolutely perfect choice, every single time.
Her style is elegant, understated most of the time, but not all the time. She seems very aware of her role in representing all of us, and she wants to do it in the best possible way.
