Mueller and comey are doing a coup against President Trump
fire them and prosecute them for sedition
Yep...Not a peep, not ONE peep defending the President.
Sessions is a freaking coward
This is a coup by Meuller,Comey, Rosenstein and the media
Fire them and prosecute them for sedition
Yep, Trump firing Comey would not be any easy solution to these problems.
I posted here here at #50
“About a week after Comey contradicts the un sourced leak claiming that Trump was the target of the FBI investigation, repeated by the Fake News for months, now they are spreading a newvery similar un-sourced leak story, that Trump is the target of the Mueller investigation.”
“No shame felt on the part of Fake News for the first one which meant that either their Fake source lied, or Comey lied under oath, or they themselves were lying.”
If it becomes necessary to fire Mueller, Trump will be attacked for stopping the investigation, even if Mueller's replacement is the finest human being on the planet. That would be true whether Trump fired him now or later. But by at least waiting, Trump can judge whether Mueller is going to be an honest counsel or a partisan hack.
Violation of a law is a crime. Violation of the internal rules of a bureaucracy is just a yawn if an administration doesn’t pursue it.
Trump surely knows all that. That’s why I think there is more here than meets the eye and Trump is setting up either Mueller or Congress or the Democrats or, more likely, all three. I have seen this movie before. We all have. Trump looks like he is boxing himself into that corner or tweets something embarrassingly stupid but the aftermath is opponents with feet in mouths and the floor collapsing under them.
May be you can answer this question. Assuming Mueller finds Trump obstructed justice, and writes a report as such to Dept of Justice, what happens next?
We all know Trump can fire any and all political appointees ( Sessions, Rosenstein and Mueller ). But none of them can fire Trump directly. So me thinks it will be upto the congress to impeach and remove. Is that correct?
If Mueller makes an official report finding that Trump obstructed justice, then Paul Ryan will whip out the Articles of Impeachment he has in his desk and write in “Obstruction of justice.” The Republicans will all breathe a sigh of relief and can get on with the pleasant task of removing DJT. Pence, with the impeachment of Trump as an example is expected to be much more compliant with the Globalist ideals and will leave their Pizza cravings alone.
Trump doesn’t need to fire Mueller. Trump needs to shut down the whole shebang - everything. Rove said he can do it any time, “but he’d pay for it politically”. So what? Haters are going to hate, no matter what he does, or doesn’t do. Just end it now.
Should Trump fire Mueller?
YES!
If your dire prediction comes true, the GOP will morph into a dismal ineffectual minority party for another 40 years as was the case before Newt was speaker.
If it happens there will be no political future except totalitarian Democrats. They thought they were completing their Revolution with the election of Mrs Bill. Their frustration is total. They will not let another chance slip. Those who thought they could make Revolution without a lot of blood have learned otherwise and there is a lot of blood in the near future if Trump is successfully ousted.
BTTT
Correct. The responsibility for removing him falls upon the Att Gen ( or in this case the Deputy since Sessions recused himself) under CFR 600.7(e). Now you could say the same thing about the violation of a law. It is just a yawn if the administration doesn't pursue it. You have to look no further than Hillary's obstruction of justice in destroying the blackberrys AFTER being under subpoena. Not one of the aides who destroyed the blackberries has ever been charged. A clear violation of the law, but just a yawn since no one is pursuing it.
Pres. Trump and AG Sessions could prosecute Clinton henchmen for things like destroying Blackberrys, providing the crimes are still within the federal statute of limitations, which is a short five years. Their motives for not doing so are open to speculation.
