I have been catching up on the latest and greatest information regarding the James Comey removal and the thought crossed my mind about the successor. I pondered a strategy that would present the perfect opportunity for Trump to float Barack Obama as the next director of the FBI.
(Postulation) Why on Earth would DJT even think of doing that? For two relatively simple reasons, one being the confirmation proceedings would be a cake walk. Secondly, once Obama is confirmed and steps into the office of the director of the FBI Trump could then fire him directly!

Yes, he could order the sergent at arms to arrest and hold a person indefinitely. It has been done. He sat there and ket them slow walk and destroy evidence. He could have SIEZED evidence in the Lois Lerner fiasco. And the Hillary fiasco.

Sheriff Clarke would be fine, as a Democrat the RAT fire might be mitigated some. But can you imagine him being examined by smarmy RAT Senator? I would pay to see that.
we need someone seen by law enforcement and non law enforcement as a professional cops. we also need some one that understands how the bureaucracy works. most of who ever is appointed job will be trying to non politicize the agency. unfortunately I think the justice department is in the same shape as the FBI. The biggest problem created by Clinton, and Obama is the taking of government agencies and using them to go after political opponents.
