Randolph D. “Tex” Alles is the Assistant Commissioner for U.S. Customs and Border Protection,
Office of Air and Marine (OAM). Mr. Alles joined OAM as the Deputy Assistant Commissioner in
March 2012. Before joining OAM, Mr. Alles served in the U.S. Marine Corps for 35 years, retiring in 2011 as a Major General.
