However, although the district went for Trump by a narrow margin.... it will pull together for a “moderate” Republican.... 6-8 point win for Handel on the 20th....

Ossoff got less than half the vote with eleven candidates running as Republican. He didn’t even advertise his D party affiliation. I don’t like Handel. I even got polled to see if I would vote for her or Gray in a runoff. This has been an establishment win from the start. At least the sixth won’t flip just yet. Would definitely been a boost for their ego had they been able to shout to the rooftops about “voter backlash against the Trump agenda”.
Democrats blew their wad on this election. They can’t repeat. He gets 40% next time.
This morning on our local WSB radio they were leading the news with the “Trump effect” and how allegedly the more a candidate said they would support Trump, the worse they did.

Dem got $10,000,000 to run against 11 GOP canidates and still could not get 50% of the vote. Now in the run off, Dem will have to face 1 candidate well know in the district. Ossoff got all the Dems in the district to vote for him and still lost.
This was a stupid play by the Democrats. They waste $10,000,000 on a seat they cannot win by having their far Leftist carpetbagger campaign as if he were a moderate Republican. Even if he had won, this seat would of gone back to the GOP when Ossoff went to DC and was a good little DNC stoodge.
This is a pretty standard result in GA poltics. Dem “star” runs against a split GOP field then loses the one to one run off race.
