This program so suppression was put in place assuming that Hillary was going to win. They were going to finish off Trump and his supporters once and for all.
The Luciferian forces really did think that they had stuffed enough ballot boxes to make the actual count match the exit polling, which said Trump lost.
So now we have an interesting situation of the territory changing while they are still using the old map. Need to buy more popcorn! ;-)
