White House adviser Kellyanne Conway was recently profiled by New York Magazine about her life and role in Trump's presidency. The interview illuminated many previously unknown tidbits about Conway -- such as her nickname of "Blueberry."
One story of Conway's in particular struck a nerve with some. Conway identifies as pro-life, but told New York Magazine she's "sympathetic" to women who undergo the procedure.
"Do I know anybody who ever got an abortion? Well, of course I do. I've driven them there. I've helped pay," she told New York Magazine.
"You know, when you're young, you're thinking about the person, not the issue. We were younger, and I was focused on her, not on the larger public policy."(continued)

It means don’t be hypocritical when you judge people. a believer is allowed to admonish another believer for something they see is wrong. It is like saying someone drinks too much, but they also drink too much.
I find Freepers and many conservatives in general, to be "loose cannons", they way they so easily turn on people. The left never does this. They stick together and defend their own. Conservatives don't do this. There are many people on this site, and I have been here a long time, that I would NEVER want in a foxhole with me.
Forgiveness is not the same as forgetfulness. People set patterns, and while it is not given for us to 'judge', we are instructed to be testers of the fruit. Some fruit is not fit for food. Those that divined a 'right' in our Constitution for the wholesale butchering of the unborn are unfit fruit. Worse than that some of the same, force US by law to fund the ungodly practice.
Purgatory is a grand lie. Either Christ paid your entire sin debt at Calvary and made your soul acceptable before God or you are hell bound. The very notion of Purgatory is repugnant because it diminishes Christ’s atoning work on the cross. It’s a direct attack on the Lord. The Jesus Christ of the Bible is mighty to save. He does it perfectly and completely for all who believe in Him through faith.

I have supported, through gritted teeth, many of the things that my kids did when they were transitioning to adulthood, and shortly beyond.
the support always came with a admonishment to be sure to learn the life lesson(s) that was inevitably embedded in the stupid decision, however.
Don’t think pointing out very obvious problems she has as “turning on” her.
That would imply that I had decision making control on her vaunted position and I didn’t.
The woman sitting spread eagle on the couch in the Oval a office who delights in constantly running her mouth and talking about herself instead of President Trump isn’t my role model.
Yes, one is guilty of any sin committed against the Father as revealed in the Word; however, when one comes to a late realization of it, this is a blessing, because now one is ready to repent. We are born into sin and cannot help ourselves from getting dirty as we climb out of the slime, but the Lord looks for us to learn and grow in the Word, and He loves a contrite heart.
There will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent. Luke 15:7
Does this mean that if many of our sins are unrecognized by us, that we will be condemned when we get to Judgment? Jesus taught:
For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. Matthew 7:2But I tell you that everyone will have to give account on the day of judgment for every empty word they have spoken. Matthew 12:36
Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven. Luke 6:37
So it appears that there will be an accounting and a reconciliation, so that the overall intention of your life to drive out sin will be taken into consideration, as far as unrecognized sin is concerned. The key here is that once we recognize a sin in our lives, we can't just keep on sinning and say, "Oh, I'll be forgiven for this." Once the conscience knows of it, it's up to us to repent of it and work to extinguish it.
Well said and good Biblical logic.
I didn't hear it as bragging, but as a frank admission of an error in her thinking that she has since worked to correct. The left likes to think Christians are just a bunch of uptight hypocrites who are liars, who have never experienced temptation or who believe they have never committed any sins. The left's method of dealing with sin is to rationalize sin and say it isn't a sinunless a Republican does it, and then it's proof of hypocrisy. But the actual Christians know they are sinners and understand their duty to repent and change their actions. This holds out hope for younger people still mired in sin, that change is possible.
Amen.
"Do not judge by appearances, but judge with right judgment." John 7:24 ESV
Beautifully said. Thank you.

You're just determined to seek evil, it appears. This is why conservatives keep losing ground. Did you actually witness the comments on television and see the body language and tone of voice for yourself, or are you just piling on because you're so holy you don't even need to go to original sources? Are you in DC? Have you worked with the woman? Do you know her, or are you just happy to repeat gossip?
Excuse me, spread eagle? That’s some vile imagination you have there.
Same here.
