White House adviser Kellyanne Conway was recently profiled by New York Magazine about her life and role in Trump's presidency. The interview illuminated many previously unknown tidbits about Conway -- such as her nickname of "Blueberry."
One story of Conway's in particular struck a nerve with some. Conway identifies as pro-life, but told New York Magazine she's "sympathetic" to women who undergo the procedure.
"Do I know anybody who ever got an abortion? Well, of course I do. I've driven them there. I've helped pay," she told New York Magazine.
"You know, when you're young, you're thinking about the person, not the issue. We were younger, and I was focused on her, not on the larger public policy."(continued)

I didn’t realize a pregnant woman could birth a “public policy”.
Judge not, lest ye be judged.
When you are dealing with people you love and who are no longer children, supporting stupid decisions becomes inevitable.
1 Corinthians 2:15
“But he that is spiritual judgeth all things....”
Oh my, TMI...
Amen, always good advice. Especially now with all the judgemental crap that’s been flying around FR in the absence of data.
My sister, a fairly religious conservative now days, had an abortion in the 1970s. I have never talked with here about it, but my brother in law has. She has regretted it since, and really wishes that she hadn’t done it.
Life as a late teenager is different from life as an adult.
I was a big pro-everything-left commie materialist when I was young.
yeah, it’s a horrible thing in this country, and a lot of people have gotten sucked into it along the way, including myself, and it really is terribly unfortunate that this particular genie was let out of its bottle.
OOPPS . That is aiding and abetting a murder, Kelly Dear— repent quickly!!
Yes, it’s a shame how people around here judge Obama, Hillary, and ISIS? It’s a shame. Why can’t we be more like them?
I wasn’t against abortion until my first child was born at 27 weeks and 3 and a half pounds.
When that tiny hand was grasping my fingertip on a hair-raising, 25 minute 40 mile Code One bambalance ride to a neo-natal facility, my life changed.
And to think that people in positions of power would have no problem killing a wee one that size
You helped a “friend” kill her child????????
A question I’ve often wondered - if you commit a sin and don’t know it, are you guilty? Many women are told their baby is not alive but a “blob of flesh” then find out the truth later. I can’t answer that question but someday we all will face the Lord and answer to Him. What will be the fate of the liars? I’m more sure of what happens to them.
All of us were young once, and most of us were stupid to boot. I know I was. Given the opportunity at that age to do the same thing under those circumstances, I probably would have, thinking I was doing something noble. I also voted for Jimmy Carter if you need further proof.
read the rest.....judge not lest you be judged by the same standards...
The thing that made me pro life was driving a friend to get an abortion, and yes, I loaned her some money for it. Driving her home I was freezing cold despite the Arizona summer, and I shook so hard I could hardly hold the steering wheel.
When I got home I threw up and sobbed all night. After begging God for forgiveness I never looked back. There was no question in my mind
