Go into a place, ask for help and beat up the white guy who offers to help. Black people don't tip well - and they damn sure don't ‘reach out’ to strangers in need. So this type of gang initiation pulls in white people who are kind and good hearted.

But black thugs often hate white people BECAUSE of their capacity for compassion and goodness... I'm not sure why...maybe they see our capacity to feel for others as the root of our superiority. Someone needs to research the 'why' on this one...
