He is a handsome Boy and I’m sure you have given him a Life other Dogs would be envious of. Thankfully, Dogs no nothing of envy, it a weakness we alone possess.
Being Dog people ourselves, we have had to do the sad but necessary task you now have to do.

I always give them some last treats “that aren’t good for them”. I don’t care though. I bought a 5 pound bag of peanut M&Ms from Costco the morning I was saying my final goodbye to my old Molly (they were her favorites). She was a 15 year old Border Collie. We ate (mostly her) the whole bag that afternoon. She just kept coming back for more and how was I going to deny her that last pleasure.
