Make no mistake: we have just witnessed an operation by members of the CIA to take out a high official of our own government. An agency widely believed to have brought down democratically elected governments overseas is now practicing the same dark arts in domestic American politics. Almost certainly, its new head, Mike Pompeo, was not consulted.
Senator Chuck Schumer, of all people, laid out on January 2 what was going to happen to the Trump administration if it dared take on the deep state – the permanent bureaucracy that has contempt for the will of the voters and feels entitled to run the government for its own benefit:
New Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) said Tuesday that President-elect Donald Trump is "being really dumb" by taking on the intelligence community and its assessments on Russia's cyber activities.
"Let me tell you, you take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you," Schumer told MSNBC's Rachel Maddow.
"So even for a practical, supposedly hard-nosed businessman, he's being really dumb to do this."
Or, as the old rueful saying has it, "you've got to go along to get along." This means that we the people had better acknowledge that the bureaucrats have turned into our masters, and the old expression "public servant" is as ironic as anything Orwell came up with. Schumer knows this and likes it, because the deep state wants a bigger, more powerful government, just as he does.

Is this true? CIA is source of leak? Or other leftovers in the White House and elsewhere? Surely only a few people were privy to the recordings. Should be able to find person who leaked or allowed the leak.

Mindless (and erroneous) speculation. Flynn himself publicly stated that he was not forthright to the VP. But, I suppose this idle speculation does serve an intended purpose of stirring the pot to a salaciously frothy level... and thereby assisting the Leftists.
We should all be alarmed that our CIA taps the phones of private citizens like Gen. Flynn.

The CIA gained far too much power in the last administration. They started several wars, are operating in more countries than ever, and now they are attempting to overthrow the elected government in the United States. And they are doing this for the Democrat Party. It seems the real Fascist party the world should be worried about are the Democrats in the United States

It may not be the CIA. It could be the NSA or maybe the DIA.
But your point is exactly correct. We have people in the government who have access to all the electronic and phone records of nearly everyone in the U.S.A., who have used that power to take down one of the President’s closest advisors.
Yes, the struggle is who will be the master? The elected representatives, or the intelligence agencies and the Establishment media.
I've seen this in Mad Magazine (back when that was good). It usually turns out badly for the spies on both sides.
If self-centered brats at CIA are trying to take down the President, I hope other more patriotic spies will take them down. Better this should get ugly than corrupt spies should successfully take down their own president out of self-interest.

I would like to see it also. But it is not going to happen. Meanwhile another day has passed. Is Congress working on passing any of President Trump’s reforms such as tax cuts, or repealing and replacing obamacare?

Hell, they started that way back in November of 1963.
The CIA was smuggling missiles to AL Qeida through Benghazi, they launched ISIS, AL Nusra and are the prime mover behind the civil war and the new cold war. Of course they hated Flynn.
The intelligence community was spying on the incoming Trump administration and released it through that AG that Trump fired. The shadow government is fighting hard to co-opt Trump. He can sit at the desk, but they want their old policy to continue exactly.
