This is the United States of America, if you want to live by the interpretation of the Koran by Sharia Law you have several other options. But here in the USA the Koran and Sharia Law will not replace the Constitution and that has nothing to do with all men being created equal.
We have the freedom of Speech firstly, and secondly, well you know.
Not to mention in most radical Islamic countries individual rights are thousands of years behind the western world. Do you even know about women’s rights in Saudi Arabia for instance.
Things Banned in Saudi Arabia
1. Cats and Dogs banned in public.
2. Camera phones were declared forbidden in September 2000.
3. Movie Theaters banned.
4. Single women roaming alone 45-years old and under banned.
5. Freedom of Religion - Non-Muslims are not allowed to publicly worship other gods. Saudi Arabia court gives death penalty to man who renounced his Muslim faith ... “The death sentence was issued after his apostasy was proved.” Saudi Arabia sentences man to death for renouncing his Muslim faith and posting a video online showing him hitting a Koran. He has now been sentenced to death.
6. Womans sports - Women are prohibited from sports - no sports or gym classes Banned
7. Female Drivers - preventing women from leaving the home more than is necessary. Banned
8. Music lessons in public schools Banned
9. Valentines’ Day - discourage any notion of romance and dating among youngsters. Banned
10. Women Banned - Wear clothes or make-up that “show off their beauty”
