I’ve been watching them as have many many others. I work in the city (not DC, but a coastal democratic run mess, never the less) daily,so just planning ahead.
Disrupt20 is one of the big groups, seems an off shoot of the Occupy crowd.

Just arrest them for conspiracy - this is D.C. after all. There should be some preemptive arrests this week for people like this because these are criminal acts.
