Internet is working fine for me.

Get a command prompt by running CMD
Do a ipconfig /a
Look for your gateway address
ping that address
If ping works, do a ipconfig /renew
and retry your access.

If that does not work, you could try a different DNS server. Follow these instructions to try using a different DNS server.

That sounds very good. Sadly, I am a techtard and I don’t know what any of it means or how to do it. I’m not being humble or exaggerating about my techtarditis.

When I click the link to the instructions to try a different DNS server (I wonder what “DNS” stands for anyway), I get this:

Server not found

Firefox can’t find the server at www.opendns.com.

Check the address for typing errors such as ww.example.com instead of www.example.com
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

That was FIrefox. If I try Chrome, I get this:

This site can’t be reached

www.opendns.com’s server DNS address could not be found.
Try:
Checking the proxy, firewall, and DNS configuration
Running Windows Network Diagnostics

That's funny. Telling a guy who can't access other websites to go to another web site for help.
