On Monday night’s edition of Fox News’s “Special Report,” host Bret Baier reported that former Maricopa County Sheriff Joseph Arpaio was “off the job tonight,”...Fox News has maintained a complete blackout of the investigation, launched in August 2011.
As with the Associated Press and other mainstream outlets, Baier did not provide any information from the final presser on December 15 revealing that two document examiners from two different disciplines arrived at the same conclusion: that the anomalies found in the Obama birth certificate image which exactly replicate nine items from a long-form birth certificate belonging to a woman born in Hawaii the same month and at the same hospital claimed by Obama could not have been reproduced by chance.
Baier instead reported that “the president and the White House” called the posse’s findings “ridiculous,” even though neither Obama nor the White House has issued a public response to the conclusions reached by investigators. Baier then reiterated that President-Elect Donald Trump, who Baier said “launched his own investigation” into the birth certificate image, “has said the president was born in the United States.”
Obama’s birthplace has never entered into the investigation, but the crime of forgery of government documents has.
A fourth item reported by Baier is that Arpaio was “charged with a crime” before he left office Without providing any context.

Frankly, I suspect Baier might be sneaking information that Arpaio's team still insists Barry's BC "is not real" to FOX viewers perhaps for the first time in years! At least he broke the blackout for a fleeting instant. Brett didn't personally mock that claim by Arpaio. He just reported it, even if FOX, wouldn't let Brett investigate it or interview Arpaio about it, ever.

The Constitution says natural born citizen.
That means one who is naturally an American because they couldn’t be anything else, born here of citizen parents.
Everyone in DC wanted that changed without the hassle of amending the Constitution.
The Senate passed a resolution declaring McCain a natural born citizen because he had TWO citizen parents, even though he was born in Panama.
Then Obama runs and wins based on just being born here, even though he told us on his website he was born a British subject.
So the standard went from born here of citizen parents to just TWO citizen parents to just being born here in one election cycle without amending the Constitution.
According to this standard the recently deceased King of Thailand was eligible, he was born in Cambridge MA, as well as every anchor baby with no loyalty to the USA.
This was done intentionally because Rubio (no citizen parents), Cruz (foreign birth, one citizen parent), Jindal (no citizen parents), George P Bush (one citizen parent) and Haley (no citizen parents) were all ineligible and the future of the GOP.
The truth of the Kenyanesian Usurpation will never see the light of day because they all cooperated in the violation of the Constitution.

Arpaio was always sworn to silence on the BC issue when coming on FOX in his frequent appearances.

Exactly. After that Baier-Kelly debate I never watched either one of them. Maybe Megyn can take Baier over to NBC with her and help DTS over at Fox.
I believe the crux of the issue is the definition of “natural born”. Do we have any court or other authoritative source for this definition? Obama’s mother was a natural born U.S. citizen. Does this mean that Obama is a natural born U.S. citizen? If not, is Cruz, being Canadian born, ineligible to run for President?

Obama’s mother was a natural born citizen, as was Cruz’ mother. However both of them chose to marry foreign nationals which resulted in their children inheriting the nationality of those foreign national fathers. Obama was born a British subject, Cruz a Cuban. Cruz was additionally a Canadian until 2015. He is doubly ineligible.
One cannot be a natural born citizen if they can be anything else.
One is only NATURALLY a US citizen when there is no other possibility.
