The Dem emails were not hacked. They were leaked. That's the first distinction that ought to be made. The effect of leaking those emails may have been a different election result that otherwise would have come about, so one could tie the email leaks to the election. As for hacking the election itself - the process whereby votes are cast on Election Day - there was a suspiciously long pause in the report of results that evening.
The question would be, since DJT was in the lead at that time, who would benefit from hacking the electoral system. Clearly that would be Hillary's enablers, but they would not be able to do this without eventually being found out.
It's like everything liberals do. They f*ck things up, and then blame everyone else. One thing for sure, they are not interested in clarity or transparency, no matter how much they use those words.
Case in point, the recount effort. Only when pressed by others did Hillary's team offer moral support to Stein, and nothing else. They knew damn well they didn't want anyone recounting votes in Detroit.
