I've got to think that any pardon would wipe away her ability to claim any 5th amendment protections, since she would no longer be criminally liable. She could be compelled to be deposed regarding other players and their contributions. Plus, the bonus that any lies from her during the depositions would be new and unpardoned crimes for which she could be charged.
