This drops to 39 if the cause of death is AIDS. The median age of death of a married heterosexual man is 75. • The median age of death of lesbians is 45 (only 24% live past age 65). The median age of death of a married heterosexual woman is 79. • Homosexuals are 100 times more likely to be murdered (usually by another homosexual) than the average person, 25 times more likely to commit suicide, and 19 times more likely to die in a traffic accident. • 21% of lesbians die of murder, suicide or traffic accident, which is at a rate of 534 times higher than the number of white heterosexual females aged 25-44 who die of these things.

I guess I’m showing my ignorance, but I never heard of George Michael until today. I guess he danced a little too much and hung around the Hollywood crowd.
But he had a good voice?

You know his music. If you were alive in the 80’s you couldn’t avoid it. Not my cup of tea, but he was prolific.
Me too, Along with many other of his songs. I was a naive teenager in the '80s when his "Faith" was a hit, but I've always liked his songs. Loved his cover of "Somebody to Love" at the Freddy Mercury tribute in -- '08? '09?

Sad news this Christmas Day,
Its been a long year of sad news,
Rest in Peace Sir,
Maybe he was on steroids to treat a medical condition.
Grew up watching him on “Sports Machine” on Sunday nights. Those were better days.
Another reminder of my own mortality...
