Remember the beach culture of the TV show Baywatch?

well now if you throw a frisbee in a non designated area on any beach in LA county you get a find not of $100 but $1,000.

you probably don’t believe that.

The entire Los Angeles Basin should be excised from humanity and given to Mexico. Even the white people there aren't worth saving. Just a passel of narcissistic a$$holes who have managed to ruin California. The rest of us need to build a wall on on the Angeles Crest to keep them from ruining the rest of the state.

Fines and citations (in traffic and elsewhere) have gotten to be confiscatory for revenue purposes.

The fines are assessed on those most able to afford them.

It isn’t about crime or violation, it’s about overcoming funding shortfalls.

Assessing fines for all illegal aliens could force self-deportation and providing funding to offset expenses but it won’t be tried because they are the target for such monies (even though they wire BILLIONS “home” every year).

A $1,000 fine for throwing a frisbee in a frisbee-free zone? Wow. Jokes aside, I presume that rules on things like frisbees are probably a response to overcrowding. (?) But the tariff seems a bit steep, especially for an activity for which the location tends to drift.
